Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return after receiving the item.

Follow the steps below to return your order within 7 days of receiving it:

Any other returns by post are at the customer’s expense and postage is non-refundable.

All items must be returned in their original packaging as they are sold with all tags intact.

If the returned product has makeup stains, marks, aftershave, artificial tan, or if the hygiene seal has been tampered with, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

If you have lost your return slip or postage label, please email [email protected] to request a new one.

Please ensure that you return the item in a fully resaleable condition with tags attached within 7 days of receiving it.

All items should be carefully packaged, using the original protective packaging whenever possible, to prevent damage during return shipping. Yiwu Enhe Ning Trading Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping.

All items will be inspected upon return.

Refunds usually take 7-10 business days to process from the time the return package is received.

You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

All refunds will be automatically refunded to the card used to place your order. This usually takes 5 business days, but may vary during busy periods (including promotions). We will endeavor to process your refund as quickly as possible.

We strive to accept all returns. If the returned item is not in good condition, we may have to send it back to you.
